Alfred Macdaniel VP of Finance and General Counsel
Alfred joined Santé Ventures as Vice President of Finance and General Counsel in 2009. Previously, Alfred was a senior associate at Fish & Richardson P.C. representing clients in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters including technology and life sciences. Before attending law school, Alfred worked as a business development analyst for LandCare USA, as well as serving as a part of the company’s accounting department. Prior to LandCare USA, Alfred worked as an auditor with international accounting firm, Arthur Andersen. Alfred is a licensed CPA in Texas since 1998 and holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
